- It is mandatory for all the students to perform Namaz five times a day with seriousness and devotion.
- Damaging anythings of academy by students will result in compensation.
- No guardian is allowed to enter Mission campus during class except holidays
- No leave but fixed ones will be granted but it any urgent leave is necessary the guardians must apply for the same to the head master at least before a week
- Student cannot put on any clothes except the uniform of mission.
- For physical illness and death of the relatives leave may be granted on consideration but for this written application to the head master is compulsory.
- On the mission leaving day guardians must turn up at fixed time to take their son home and they must bring them to mission on opening day in time, otherwise fine of Rs-300/- per day must be paid to mission as late fine.
- It is mandatory to bring visiting card for any guardian willing to meet any students without visiting card no guardian is allowed to meet his or her soon.
- No student can keep money with him, if he is detected to do so, the money will be forfeited.
- No student is allowed to keep mobile phone, I-pot, Radio and other such things of entertainment. if detected, such things will be confiscated.
- It any rude or crude manner from a student is perceived, he will be warned two or three times. Even after that if he does not rectify his manners, he will be rusticated from the mission.
- No guardian can enter students hostel without permission.
- Guardians from distant place willing to have meal must collect coupon from the office of the mission and submit it to the mission canteen.
- No students can go outside mission campus without permission
- If any student leaves mission for home or for other business without informing to the authority, mission authority is not responsible for any harm done to him. Beside such trespasser will be rusticated from mission for good.
- If any student can not score pass mark, he will be de-registered from the mission.
- Session charge is compulsory for re-admission and for admission in the next year.
- Admission fees is not refundable on any ground.
- Monthly hostel fees must be paid per each month.
Hashimia International Academy is run by Hashimia Welfare Trust. this trust is working various social work through own efforts and many volunteers . those Volunteers from different Area, viz., Haroa, Basirhat, Deganga, Barasat,Kolkata are regularly visiting Hashimia welfare trust and helping in its social development activity by offering their free services to the people with utmost care and affection and learning from methods and style adopted by Hashimia welfare Trust . HWT is very much thankful to them for their generosity to extend their cooperating hand in implementing activities, specially the education program and provide an opportunity to exchange socio and cultural values of the Different Areas . The seed motto of HWT is to serve the community relentlessly in the diversified fields like health care in different stream, pathology, school, Human Right, computer technology, Women Right, various Self help Training center and others. People from many Areas have volunteered to render their service to the cause of mankind. It is not possible for few of the people to serve the larger community.
